Watch this video! It is so empowering. It was shown to me at my OASC Fall Conference a few weeks ago and I can't get over it. I learned so much at that conference and it was a lot of fun, but the most important thing i believe was this. The other thing I got from the conference that is worth sharing is "There are only two kinds of people. People who brighten a room when they enter, and people who brighten the room when they exit. Be the first kind.
